dust, odors, toxic or noxious matter, glare or heat, and not inconsistent
with the General Development Land Use and Industrial Development goals
of the comprehensive plan of the Village.

Accessory uses, incidental to and on the same zoning lot as
the principal use

Parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 11-7 of this Title.

Structures shall be no less than five feet from side and rear
lot lines and 10 feet from the front property line.
