Description. The seal provided and used by and for the Village, the
impression of which is "Corporate Seal" and the inscription "The Village
of Thornton, Cook County, Illinois" around the outer edge of said
seal, which seal, represented as aforesaid, is hereunto annexed and
on the cover shall be and is hereby established and declared to be
the Seal of Thornton.

Custody. The Village Seal shall be and remain in the custody of the
Village Clerk.
