There is hereby created the City of Erie Business Development
Revolving Loan Fund.

The City of Erie Business Development Revolving Loan Fund shall
adopt the existing structure of the City of Erie Enterprise Zone Revolving
Loan Fund for its by-laws, lending criteria, reporting obligations
and repayment obligations.

A transfer of $250,000 from the Urban Development Action Grant
funds will be utilized as the funding instrument of the City of Erie
Business Development Revolving Loan Fund.
