[The Erie City Revitalization and Improvement Zone (CRIZ) Authority
was organized under the provisions of the Municipality Authorities
Act (53 Pa.C.S.A. § 5601 et seq.); Article XVIII-C of Act 2 of
1971, known as the “Tax Reform Code of 1971” (72 P.S.
§ 7101 et seq.); and Ordinance No. 50-2023, passed 8-16-2023.
This Authority shall be for the purposes set forth in the Tax Reform
Code of 1971.]
