Uniformed firemen of the Fire Department of the City of Perth
Amboy shall hereafter be designated and known as "uniformed fire fighters"
of the City of Perth Amboy.

The hours of employment of uniformed fire fighters of the Fire
Department of the City of Perth Amboy shall not exceed 56 hours in
any one week; provided, however, that in case of an emergency the
Director of Fire, the Fire Marshal, the Fire Chief or any other official
having charge or control of the Fire Department shall have full authority
to summon and keep on duty any and all such uniformed fire fighters
during the period of emergency.
