[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners (now the Council) of the City of Perth Amboy 5-4-38 as Ord. No. C-246. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Housing Authorities Law of the State of New Jersey,[1] a body corporate and politic to be known as the "Housing Authority of the City of Perth Amboy" is hereby created and established.
