The City of Perth Amboy authorizes the Planning Board of the
City of Perth Amboy to adopt resolutions, rules and regulations pertaining
to the deposit, by an applicant, for development and for municipal
inspection fees, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-53, to execute
escrow agreements with said applicants with regard to the deposit
of the escrow money in an escrow account and providing for the payment
of interest thereon when required.
