Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII, Section 414-38, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street, except where yield signs are provided for in the designations.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule IX, Section 414-39, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as described in Schedule IX, Section 414-39. No vehicle is to park within 25 feet of the Stop sign, which will be designated by yellow painted curb, unless for reasons of public safety and under the direction of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer that designation of 25 feet is increased to 50 feet, which will be designated by yellow painted curb.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule X, Section 414-40, attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
