Township of Monroe, NJ Chapter 6 Air Pollution Control

§ 6-1 Code established.

An air pollution control code for the Township of Monroe is hereby established.

§ 6-2 Incorporation of provisions by reference.

The air pollution control code, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:69A-181, shall incorporate, by reference, all of the technical regulations as set forth in the Air Pollution Control Code of the Middlesex County Health Department for the Township of Monroe, 10 copies of said code having been placed on file in the office of the Township Clerk and in the office of the Board of Health for inspection and review.
