No person or persons shall possess, make, throw, discharge or explode a Molotov cocktail or other incendiary object within the limits of the Township of Nutley in Essex County, New Jersey.
No person or persons shall at any time have in their possession or cause to be made, thrown, discharged or exploded a Molotov cocktail or any such incendiary object.

No person or persons shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, and any person who does violate the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty not exceeding $500 or imprisonment in the Essex County Jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the court.
