[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners

Authority is hereby granted to the Police Department[1] of the Department of Public Safety of the Township of
Nutley to regulate the entrances to and exits from parking yards and
parking places which are open to the public or to which the public
is invited, except that this shall not apply to entrances to or exits
from state highways.
Said authority hereby granted shall include, but not be limited to, among other acts, the right to post traffic signs and to establish traffic regulations in order to implement the power and authority granted in § 480-1 herein.
