A.
No permitted
uses in B-1, B-2, B-3, B-3A, B-4 and M-1 Zones, excluding places of
public assembly and public parks, playgrounds, and buildings operated
by the Township for governmental purposes, including education, recreation,
administration and service or uses whose hours are otherwise regulated
by the Township, shall conduct business between the hours of 12:00
midnight and 5:00 a.m. the next day.

B.
This section
shall not apply to bars, clubs, clubhouses, restaurants or any such
use in a mixed use building governed by the Alcoholic Beverage Control
Law, N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq.
