In accordance with RSA 47:17, Bylaws and Ordinances, Section VIII, Traffic Devices and Signals, and as warrented in the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Part II, Signs, Section 2C-40, Other Warning Signs, deaf children signs shall be installed in the following locations:

Fordway Road

A. 
For the duration of the middle school reconstruction or until rescinded by the Board of Selectmen the following traffic changes are instituted:
(1) 
School Street shall be opened to school construction and local traffic only.
(2) 
The "Do Not Enter" designation, at the end of School Street, shall not apply to school construction traffic.
(3) 
Melody Lane shall be open at the end nearest the middle school to one-way traffic exiting the school.
(4) 
Melody Lane shall become one way between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for residents of the street.
(5) 
The fire lane on Stephen K. Batchelder Parkway shall be redesignated and traffic stripped for parallel parking.
(6) 
A stop sign shall be installed on Melody Lane at Epping Street.
(7) 
Children at play signs be posted at both ends of Melody Lane.
(8) 
The speed be posted at 15 m.p.h.
B. 
The intent of this section is to facilitate and separate the construction and school traffic for the duration of the middle school construction.
