No person, firm or corporation shall connect any roof drain
to the sanitary sewer system within the City of Hayward, Sawyer County,
Wisconsin.
Any and all roof drains presently connected to the sanitary
sewer system within the City of Hayward shall be removed therefrom
on or before the 15th day of February 1974.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall be adjudicated of
having violated any provisions of this article shall be subject to
a forfeiture of not to exceed the sum of $1 for each and every day
that said person, firm or corporation shall be in violation of the
provisions of this article, together with the costs and disbursements
involved in the adjudication thereof.
