Pursuant to § 66.0813(3), Wis. Stats., the City hereby fixes the limits of service for water and sewer to be within the confines of the corporate limits of the City of Hayward.
A. 
Hayward Area Memorial Hospital. For the furnishing of sewer services to the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital, said hospital being that hospital presently receiving said services and being located in the northwest quarter of Section 15, Township 41 North, Range 9 West.
B. 
Hayward Community School District. The furnishing of water and sewer services to the Hayward Community School District for the school being located in the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 28, Township 41 North, Range 9 West, Sawyer County, Wisconsin.

C. 
Wisconsin Army National Guard Organizational Maintenance Shop. The furnishing of public utilities to the Wisconsin Army National Guard Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) facility located at: part of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter, Section 31 North, Range 9 West, Town of Hayward, described as follows: commencing at the southeast corner of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 9 West; thence N 88° 06' 23" W, along the south line of Section 31, 217.80 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Boys Camp Road (said westerly right-of-way line being 33 feet west of the center line of said road), said point being the actual point of beginning; thence N 88° 06' 37" W, 500.00 feet; thence N 2° 00' 50" W, 618.48 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of the abandoned town road (said point being 116 feet south of the railroad center line as measured at right angles to said railroad center line); thence N 77° 48' 07" E, along the southerly right-of-way line of aforesaid abandoned town road, 506.83 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Boys Camp Road; thence S 2° 00' 50" E along the westerly right-of-way line of Boys Camp Road, 742.13 feet to the point of beginning. As soon as it is legally possible, the City of Hayward, in conjunction with the Wisconsin Army National Guard, shall petition to annex the Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) facility into the corporate limits of the City of Hayward.

D. 
Town of Hayward Town Hall facilities. Pursuant to § 66.0813(3), Wis. Stats., the City of Hayward shall furnish public utilities to the Town of Hayward Town Hall facilities located at: a parcel of land located in the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 23, Township (41 North, Range 9 West, more particularly described as follows: commencing at the southwest corner of Section 23; thence north 89° 26' east along the section line, 672.2 feet to an iron pipe on the north right-of-way line of STH No. 77, which is the point of beginning; thence north 78° 38' west along the north right-of-way line of STH No. 77, 263.6 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 2° 30' west, 450 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 89° 26' east, 440.3 feet to an iron pipe; thence south 2° 30' east, 504.5 feet to an iron pipe on the section line; thence south 89° 26' west along the section line, 182.4 feet to the iron pipe which is the point of beginning. (1) 
The use by the Town of Hayward of City of Hayward public utilities shall not create an island which would in any way affect future expansion/annexations of the City of Hayward.
(2) 
If the use of the facilities by the Town of Hayward Town Hall does, in fact, create an island which would limit or prevent the future expansion/annexation by the City of Hayward, the City of Hayward may terminate the use of the public facilities by the Town of Hayward upon providing 60 days' written notice to the Town of Hayward.

On a case-by-case basis, the City may consider allowing additional properties which are located outside the corporate limits of the City of Hayward to use public utilities which are owned and operated by the City, provided there is on file with the City a petition to annex the requesting property into the corporate limits of the City of Hayward.
