Pedestrians shall move whenever practicable upon the right 1/2 of crosswalks.

Whenever any vehicle has stopped at a marked crosswalk, or at an intersection, to permit a pedestrian to cross the highway, no operator of any other vehicle approaching from the rear shall pass such stopped vehicle.

(a) 
Pedestrians shall not leave the curb stone to cross at controlled intersections unless directed by a police officer or on the green or "go" traffic signal. Pedestrians shall not cross highways anywhere except at intersections.
(b) 
Pedestrians shall cross streets and highways at intersections and at right angles to such streets or highways.

The driver of any vehicle upon a street or highway within a business or residential district shall yield the right of way to a pedestrian crossing such street or highway within a crosswalk at all intersections controlled by a traffic signal when such pedestrian is crossing a highway in compliance with a signal of such traffic signal.
