No person shall discharge any firearm, air rifle or spring gun,
of any type whatsoever, within the City.

No person, except duly authorized persons, shall carry any concealed
deadly weapon.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be
fined not more than $300 and/or imprisoned not more than 90 days.
