The rules and regulations of the Illinois Plumbing Code, 77
Illinois Administrative Code, Part 890, effective April 24, 2014,
are hereby adopted as the safe and practical standards for the installation,
alteration and use of plumbing equipment in the Village. Not fewer
than three copies have been and are now filed in the office of the
Village Clerk, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as
though fully set out at length herein and from and after the effective
date hereof, the provisions of said code shall be controlling to the
extent herein provided.
