The purpose of this section is to establish the following Fee Schedule for use by the Police Department:
A. 
Except as hereinafter provided, fees for copies of Police Department records, in paper or electronic form, shall be in conformance with the Administrative Directives of the New Jersey Courts and applicable provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, which fees are set, revised and maintained by the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
B. 
City residents shall be charged a nonrefundable fee of $5.00 per card for fingerprinting.
