Every person desiring to sell or deliver or have in his possession for sale or delivery fish in the City of Perth Amboy shall secure a license from the Division of Health and shall pay a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) therefor.
All licensee shall be issued for the calendar year and expire on the 31st day of December succeeding the day of issue.
The metal license plates furnished by the city shall at all times be carried on each side of every vehicle used in the sale or delivery of fish.
All fish shall be kept in covered, metal-lined glass or other watertight receptacles and well iced so as to prevent contamination between April 1 and November 1, and each store, wagon or other place where fish is sold shall at all times maintain a covered metal receptacle in which all offal shall be kept.
The provisions of this Article are not intended to apply to the sale or delivery of salted, pickled or smoked fish.
