In every establishment where persons are employed, there shall
be provided within reasonable access a sufficient number of proper
washing facilities, and where ten (10) or more males and ten (10)
or more females are employed together, separate washing facilities
shall be provided for each sex and shall be plainly so designated.
In every eating place and every place of amusement, such as
bowling alleys, poolrooms, theaters and the like, suitable washing
facilities must be provided for the patrons of the same.
All washing facilities or appliances and the floors in and around
the same shall be kept clean and regular and thorough cleaning shall
be practiced, and at least one (1) washbowl, sink or other suitable
appliance shall be provided in or adjacent to every toilet room.
