§ 67A-1.9 Enforcement.

This chapter shall be enforced by the Township Engineer of the Township of Monroe.

§ 67A-1.10 Penalties.

Any person(s) found to be in violation of the provisions of this chapter, after being duly notified, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days or both.
