There is hereby established and created the office or position
of Supervisor of Public Works in and for the Borough of Pine Beach.

The Borough Council shall annually determine the salary for the position of Supervisor of Public Works and make necessary appropriates for payment of the same. (See Ch. 34, Salaries and Compensation.)
No person appointed to the position of Supervisor of Public
Works shall be required to be a resident of the borough.
