Residency within the Borough of Pine Beach shall not be required
for any person appointed to the office of Borough Attorney, Borough
Engineer and/or Borough Auditor, pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A.
40:87-15. (N.J.S.A. 40:87-15 was repealed by P.L. 1987, c. 379. For
