The Pine Beach Volunteer Fire Company is hereby authorized to
solicit contributions along the shoulder of any road within the Borough
of Pine Beach pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-60 other than interstate highways
or toll roads as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-60.
The Pine Beach Volunteer Fire Company may not solicit charitable
contributions on a state highway without the permission of the Department
of Transportation.
The Pine Beach Volunteer Fire Company shall not solicit on any
county highway or intersection of a county highway without the approval
of the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
