No person or establishment shall own or operate within the Borough of Pine Beach, for profit, any amusement game or games, as those terms are defined by the Amusement Games Licensing Law (P.L. 1959, c. 109), (See N.J.S.A. 5:8-100 et seq.) whether the games are games of skill or chance, or both, and whether the games are played and operated with or without numbers or figures. Amusement games shall be defined as pokerino, Skee-Ball, stop-and-go machines, pinball machines and three-quarter pool tables, but this article shall not be confined to these specific games but shall encompass all amusement games used for entertainment by the public and for profit to the person or establishment.
Any person or persons who may be convicted of violating any of the terms or provisions of this article shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine not to exceed $1,000 imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days or community service for a period not to exceed 90 days for each such violation.

Nothing in this article shall apply to the playing of bingo or other games controlled by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission (N.J.S.A. 5:8-1 to 5:8-49.11 inclusive).
