No person shall hunt with firearms, guns or rifles of any nature or with a bow and arrow or similar device capable of causing serious injury to human beings within 200 feet of any occupied dwelling or any other building in the Borough of Pine Beach, in the County of Ocean.
No person shall discharge a firearm or shoot a gun or rifle of any nature or a bow and arrow or similar device capable of causing serious injury to human beings over, across or along any public highway or from any vehicle while on such highway or within 200 feet of any occupied dwelling or other building in said Borough of Pine Beach, in the County of Ocean.
Any person who shall violate any of the terms or provisions of this chapter shall, for each offense, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine not to exceed $1,000, imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days or community service for a period not to exceed 90 days as shall be determined by the Judge before whom such person shall be tried or convicted.
