A. 
That a certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Pine Beach being marked and designated as "The International Property Maintenance Code, First Edition, 1998" (or subsequent editions of the IPMC, as hereinafter adopted by Resolution), as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., the International Conference of Building Officials, and the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the Borough of Pine Beach, in the State of New Jersey, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said property maintenance code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, (A copy of the Property Maintenance Code is on file in the office of the Borough Clerk.) with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in section 2 of this chapter.

The following sections are hereby revised:
Section 101.1. (Pg. 1, Line 2) insert: Borough of Pine Beach.
Section 103.6. (Pg. 2, Line 25) insert: The fee for housing inspection shall be set by resolution of the governing body.
Section 106.4. (Pg. 3, Line 21) insert: Any person who shall violate any provisions of this section shall be subject, upon conviction, to a fine not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, or imprisonment in the Ocean County Jail, not exceeding 90 days, or both, at the discretion of the Judge of the Municipal Court. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. The Municipal Court of the Borough shall have jurisdiction to enforce the violation of this section and to impose such penalties as set forth hereinabove, and to collect any costs as set forth hereinabove.
