The Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into and execute a contract with the County of Ocean, designating
the County of Ocean as the agent of the municipality for the provision
of all construction code services required in the provisions of the
Uniform Construction Code Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq., and the
regulations promulgated thereunder.
A copy of said contract is on file and available for public
inspection at the Municipal Clerk's Office, which is located
at 599 Pennsylvania Avenue, Pine Beach, N.J. any weekday between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
