A developer, without violating the terms of the general development
plan approval, may, in undertaking any section of the development,
reduce the number of residential units by no more than 15% or reduce
the residential density by no more than 15%.
The general development plan shall contain the information as required and set forth in §
700-31 above. The required data shall be submitted to and certified by the administrative officer no less than 10 days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting of the approving authority.
