The official time of the City shall be Eastern Standard Time,
except from the first Sunday in April until the last Sunday in October
when Eastern Standard Daylight Savings Time shall be in effect.
Under provisions of Section 2402(5) of the Third Class City
Code, the official City Seal of the City of Lebanon is approved as
reproduced hereinbelow:
