The Fire Department shall have a Bureau of Fire Prevention,
which shall be operated under the supervision of the Chief of the
Fire Department. He may designate any member of the Department an
inspector of the Fire Prevention Bureau. He may prescribe and establish
from time to time such rules and such regulations as he may deem advisable,
subject to the approval of the Village President and Board of Trustees.
