All streetcars and buses operated in the City of Perth Amboy
shall be kept in a thoroughly clean and sanitary condition and a sufficient
number of ventilators shall be open at all times to provide a plentiful
supply of pure air. At the end of each trip trolley cars and buses
shall be ventilated as follows: The doors at each end of the car or
bus shall be opened wide and shall remain open for at least two (2)
minutes.
Each and every railway car or any other public conveyance running
through or upon the streets or elsewhere in the City of Perth Amboy
and engaged in carrying passengers in said city or to other places
shall be kept carefully and thoroughly washed and cleaned, and, when
so directed by the Division of Health, disinfected, so that all filth
and dirt or causes of disease are removed from the inside of said
car.
