The governing body is designated as the redevelopment entity
authorized under N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. to receive redevelopment
plans, reports and recommendations of the Borough Planning Board,
adopt and/or reject in whole or in part said reports, authorize any
and all actions necessary to carry out elements of redevelopment plans
adopted by the borough, designate any and all developers as appropriate,
and any and all other actions necessary and appropriate to implement
redevelopment plans pursuant to the laws of the State of New Jersey.
