Any license issued by any borough department, agency, board or borough employee, except for dog licenses, shall not be a permanent license without the approval of said license by Borough Council.
A. 
No temporary license which is issued by any borough department, agency, board or borough employee shall be for a period which exceeds 60 days.
B. 
Borough Council may, by resolution, designate time periods shorter than 60 days for various temporary licenses.

Pursuant to Assembly Bill No. 577, supplementing Title 40 of the revised statutes, the Borough of Lawnside shall deny the issuance, reissuance or renewal of any license or permit to any person, licensee, permit holder, or applicant who owes delinquent property taxes or any other delinquent assessment in the Borough of Lawnside.
