No person shall at any time hunt for, take, kill or pursue with a gun or any firearm of any kind or character or with bow and arrow any game, wild bird, animal or fowl within the Borough of Lawnside.
No person shall, for the purpose of hunting, taking or killing any game, wild bird, animal or fowl, discharge any firearm upon or across any state or county highway or any street or road within the Borough of Lawnside.
No person, except the owner or lessee of the property shall, for the purpose of hunting, taking or killing any bird or animal, discharge a firearm while in any residential or other occupied dwelling in the borough.
No person shall at any time set or use a trap of any kind designed or intended to take, hold, capture or kill any bird or animal within the limits of the Borough of Lawnside, except as specifically permitted by Section 91-5.
In order to protect property or health, the owner or tenant of any property within the Borough of Lawnside may trap birds or animals within any building located on the property of which he or she is the owner or tenant by any means or may trap any bird or animal by means of a cage-type trap commonly called "cage trap", "cage-door trap" or "live trap", designed to capture animals alive.
Whenever a trap, the use of which is prohibited in Section 91-4, shall be found within the confines of the Borough of Lawnside, the same may be confiscated by a police officer of the Borough of Lawnside or by any New Jersey Fish and Game Warden.
Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 and/or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days.
