The Recreational Park shall be open to the public between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily. Said recreational park is located between Charleston Avenue and Ashland Avenue.

All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas in the park.
The following are prohibited activities in the park and are subject to fines as outlined in Section 112-4.
A. 
No glass containers are allowed in said park; and
B. 
No alcoholic beverages or drugs are permitted in the park; and
C. 
No dumping, littering, placing of trash on park grounds or depositing of any materials on park lands is permitted; and
D. 
No defacing or taking of park equipment, landscaping items is permitted; and
E. 
No excess loud noise will be permitted; and
F. 
No parking of vehicles will be permitted when the park is closed; and
G. 
No trespassing shall be permitted when park is closed.
H. 
No dogs are allowed in the park.

No-Smoking-Designating Lawnside Recreational Park a Smoke Free Zone.
SMOKE FREE – Pertains to the burning of, inhaling from, exhaling the smoke from, or the possession of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, electronic smoking device or any other matter or substance which contains tobacco or any other matter that can be smoked, or the inhaling or exhaling of smoke or vapor from an electronic smoking device.

A. 
Any person or persons violating any provision of Section 112-2, upon conviction for a first offense shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $200.
B. 
Any person or persons violating any provision of Section 112-3, upon conviction of first offense, shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $300 and/or be incarcerated for a term not to exceed 30 days or be both so fined and imprisoned. Upon conviction for a second offense, the Court shall order the imposition of not less than $200 fine or more than $500 and/or incarceration for a period of 60 days or both. A third or subsequent conviction hereunder shall result in the imposition of a fine of no less than $750 or more than $1,000 and/or incarcerated for a period of 90 days or both.
