Pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Board
of Education of the Township of Nutley dated June 27, 1977, authorizing
the Nutley Police Department to remove or arrest any persons loitering
or congregating on any public school property between certain hours,
no person shall loiter or congregate on any public school property
under the control of the Nutley Board of Education between the hours
of 1/2 hour after sunset and continuing through 1/2 hour before sunrise.
An exception to the aforementioned provision would be an activity
authorized by the Nutley Board of Education, which shall establish
reasonable rules governing the conduct of such activities, including
the hours of commencement and termination of said events.
