Certain rooms and areas within the City Hall building located at 1902 Jefferson Street, Hermann, Missouri 65041, which shall be more specifically designated from time to time, shall be known as the Hermann Community Center and shall be held, preserved and used for the betterment of the health, welfare and enjoyment of the citizens of the Hermann community, subject to the necessity of securing resources for the equipping, staffing, maintenance and operation of said center.

There are hereby levied the following user fees for the designated facilities and services in the Robert H. Lloyd Community Center and Municipal Building:

All security and cleaning deposits required for the community center facilities must be posted in cash or by cashier's check at the time of making the request for usage or the reservation and such deposits will be refunded if the facility is returned in the condition in which it was received.
