Local Speed Limits. Except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Schedule, no person shall operate any motor vehicle, other vehicle or motorized bicycle on any highway, street or alley within the City at a speed greater than twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

Highway 100 from a point one hundred fifteen (115) feet south of the intersection of Highway 100 and Frene Drive to a point six hundred (600) feet south of the intersection of Highway 100 and Sawmill Road ("School Zone"); provided however, that this twenty-five (25) mile per hour limit shall apply only during the times that caution lights used in conjunction with the signs indicating this speed limit are flashing or illuminated. During all other times, the speed limit in this School Zone shall be thirty (30) miles per hour.

The 15 mph speed limit shall apply in these areas on all weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 7:45 A.M. until 8:15 A.M. and from 3:00 P.M. to 3:45 P.M.
