No person shall park a vehicle on a street within a designated
business district for a continuous period in excess of forty-eight
(48) hours.

B.

For purposes of this Schedule, the following streets or portions
of streets are designated as lying within a business district:

Schiller Street from Wharf Street to Fourth Street.

|
Market Street from Third Street to Eighth Street, and on the
east side thereof from Eighth Street to Tenth Street.

East Fourth Street from Schiller Street to Market Street.

If a vehicle remains parked in the same location in a business district for a continuous period of forty-eight (48) hours after issuance of a traffic citation for violation of this Schedule and notice thereof to the owner or last known operator of such vehicle, it may be towed upon order of the Chief of Police by application of the procedure provided in Section 385.040 through 385.050 of this Title.
