308	It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle truck, commonly known as a truck, having an overall length in excess of twenty (20) feet, on Front Street, between Schiller and Guttenberg Streets, in the City of Hermann, except that any truck having an overall length in excess of twenty (20) feet may park in the hereinbefore described area while loading or unloading freight or merchandise to or from business houses or firms within the prohibited truck parking areas.
	Any truck entering the aforesaid prohibited truck parking area, either to deliver or take away truck loadings, shall begin their business immediately and leave immediately upon completion thereof.
