As provided for in the Bingo Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-24,
games of chance may be conducted on the first day of the week, commonly
known as Sunday, under licenses issued by the Borough pursuant to
the provisions of Bingo Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-24, when the application
for such license shall make specific request for permission to conduct
games of chance on Sunday and mayor and council in issuing such license
shall have directed the clerk of the Borough to provide in the license
for the conduct of such games of chance on Sunday. No additional fee
shall be charged for Sunday games of chance. The issuance of a Sunday
license shall be in the sole discretion of the mayor and council and
each application shall be considered on its merits.

games of chance may be conducted on the first day of the week, commonly
known as Sunday, under licenses issued by the Borough pursuant to
the provisions of Raffles Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-50, when the
application for such license shall make specific request for permission
to conduct games of chance on Sunday and mayor and council in issuing
such license shall have directed the clerk of the Borough to provide
in the license for the conduct of such games of chance on Sunday.
No additional fee shall be charged for Sunday games of chance. The
issuance of a Sunday license shall be in the sole discretion of the
mayor and council and each application shall be considered on its
merits.
