All trucks having a gross weight in excess of four tons are excluded from the streets or parts of streets designated in Schedule VI listed in Chapter 10.20, except for local service which is to be defined as the pickup or delivery of materials or goods or the rendering of services on such streets.

All commercial vehicles are excluded from the following streets or parts of streets in the Borough except for local service which is to be defined as the providing of local residential service or the pickup or delivery of materials for the use of persons actually residing on such streets at their actual place of residence for residential purposes only:
