No person shall sell, vend, hawk or peddle any goods, wares,
merchandise or food products on Borough-owned property upon which
the Borough Hall is located. For the purpose of this section, the
word "vend" shall include, but not be limited to, the distribution
of goods, wares, merchandise or food products with or without consideration
or payment in exchange for such goods, wares, merchandise or food
products. Nothing contained herein shall prohibit the distribution
of goods, wares, merchandise or food products in areas located within
the Borough Hall building by non-profit or community organizations
upon the prior approval of the Borough.
