It shall be unlawful in the Borough of Lawnside, Camden County, for any person or persons to raise or maintain in the Borough of Lawnside any cattle, horses, cows, pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, pigeons, chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese and other feathered animals, or any other animal that would constitute a health hazard in the Borough of Lawnside, Camden County, New Jersey.
The purpose of this Article is to protect the health and welfare of the inhabitants of the Borough of Lawnside.

Any person or persons violating the provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine in an amount not exceeding the sum of $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both.
