The application of any drawing, inscription, figure or mark
upon any surface, structure, wall, rock, bridge, building, fence,
gate, road, tree or other real or personal property, privately or
publicly owned, without the permission or authorization of the owner
or owner's agent.
Any person violating Section
83-1, or any part thereof, shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment and/or community service for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both. The court is also authorized to have said person reimburse the owner of the property for the cost of the removal of said graffiti. If a violation is committed by a juvenile (minor) then said juvenile's parents or guardians shall be held responsible for the fine and shall be subject to reimburse the property owner for all costs of removal of said graffiti.
