The 20 acre tract of land, reserved and set aside as shown by
the plat of the City, certified to by C.E. Phillips, July 12, 1902,
and approved by the secretary of the interior, March 4, 1904, shall
be used as a cemetery for the burial of the dead, and no other purpose.

The cemetery dedicated in Section
14-401 of this chapter shall be known as Tahlequah cemetery.

The cemetery superintendent shall have authority to close alleys
in the cemetery from time to time as he may deem necessary.

No blocks shall hereafter be enclosed by stone, concrete, wire
or picket fence, but shrubs or flowers may be used for marking off
the blocks.

Any person who shall wilfully destroy any trees or shrubbery, or mutilate or deface any monument, fencing or other structure in the cemetery, or remove any landmarks, stakes or lot numbers, shall upon conviction be fined as provided in Section
1-108 of this Code.
