A.
It is an offense against the City for any person to do any act forbidden
or to fail to perform any act required by this Part.
B.
It is an offense against the City for the parent of any child or
for the guardian of any ward to authorize or knowingly permit any
such child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this Part.
C.
It is an offense for any person to authorize or knowingly to permit
any vehicle registered in his or her name to be driven or to stand
or to be parked in violation of any of the provisions of this Part.

Every person violating any of the provisions of this Part containing the traffic laws of the City shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined or punished as provided in Section 1-108 of this Code.
