The cemetery management will undertake to maintain as may be
practicable, the planting of trees and shrubs, to preserve and maintain
landscape features, but does not undertake to maintain individual
planting of urns or plants.

The cemetery management suggests and encourages the decorating
of graves. It is recommended that decorations be held to a minimum
during the mowing season, with the exception of Memorial Day.

Containers of any kind may be used for decoration. Holders containing
flowers or other decorations will be removed as soon as the flowers
fade and wither and the right is reserved by the cemetery to make
such removal. Winter wreaths and decorations will be removed at such
time as specified in this chapter. Placing potted flowers, plants,
summer wreaths or baskets on lots or graves is permitted on Easter,
Mother's Day, Father's Day, Armistice Day, birthdays or
anniversaries of death and same shall be removed within 10 days from
placing on lots or graves or the special days herein set forth. Christmas
blankets and flowers will be left through February.

The management shall have the authority to remove all floral
designs, flowers, weeds, trees, shrubs, plants or herbage of any kind
from the cemetery as soon as, in the judgment of the management, they
become unsightly, dangerous, detrimental, diseased, or when they do
not conform to the standards maintained.

The cemetery management shall not be liable for floral pieces,
baskets, or frames in which, or to which, such floral pieces are attached
beyond the acceptance of such floral pieces for cemetery services
held in the cemetery.

The management shall not be responsible for frozen plants, shrubs,
or herbage of any kind, or for planting damaged by the elements, thieves,
vandals, or by other causes beyond its control.

The cemetery management reserves the right to prevent the removal
of flowers, floral designs, trees, plants, shrubs or herbage of any
kind unless the management gives consent.
